Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our human resources operations.

In this full-time, on-site role based in Omole Phase 2, Lagos State, you will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting onboarding programs, and maintaining accurate employee records.

You will also assist in implementing performance management processes, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support in employee relations and payroll processes will also be part of your duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives across teams
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Support payroll processes, including accurate computation and remittance of statutory deductions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
