Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of lower division for HND/BSc.
- Completion of NYSC.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
