We are seeking a skilled Information Management Officer to join our team in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze program data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize data management and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Employ data collection tools like KoboToolbox or ODK for field data gathering.
  • Contribute to database management and potentially utilize basic programming skills in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Communicate findings effectively through written and verbal reports.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.
  • Uphold principles of accountability to beneficiaries in line with international standards.

Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience in information management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
  • Experience with data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, or similar).
  • Knowledge of database management systems and basic programming (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Understanding of and commitment to accountability to beneficiaries.
  • Adherence to local culture and organizational policies and values.
