Job Description

Greensprings School is excited to launch its annual Graduate Trainee Programme for the 2026/2027 intake, offering a foundational pathway for enthusiastic graduates aspiring to build a fulfilling career in education.

This comprehensive program is designed to nurture talent and provide hands-on experience within a leading educational institution. We are particularly interested in candidates with a passion for fostering child development and creating supportive learning environments.

The program welcomes applications from individuals with a minimum of a Second Class Upper degree in relevant fields, with a strong preference for Education degrees. Candidates with less than three years of post-NYSC experience and under the age of 30 are encouraged to apply.

Special consideration will be given to applicants with a first degree in Early Childhood Education and a Montessori certification for our preschool roles. Furthermore, our special needs campus, Anthos House, and the Learning Support Department actively seek graduates with backgrounds in Special Education and related disciplines.

Campuses participating in this program include Anthony (Anthony Village, Lagos), Lekki (Awoyaya axis, Lagos), Ikoyi (Ikoyi, Lagos), and Anthos House (Jakande 1st Gate, Lekki, Lagos).

Qualifications

  • Graduates of Special Education and related courses are encouraged to apply for specific roles.
