Job Description
Bahms Technical Company Limited is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our Graduate Trainee Program as Mechanical Electrical Engineers. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a thriving construction and M&E building services environment.
Throughout this program, you will receive structured training and practical exposure to various aspects of engineering, including maintenance, project support, installation, and operational duties. You will work closely with senior engineers, contributing to the successful execution of our projects.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Support senior engineers in project execution and site supervision.
- Establish material quantities from drawings and onsite.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Prepare shop drawings.
- Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- B.Eng / B.Tech / HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience.
- NYSC completed.
- Basic understanding of drawings and implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork ability.
