Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Investment Banking Analyst to support the execution of corporate finance and advisory mandates. This role involves extensive financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution, market research, and the preparation of client presentations across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
You will work closely with senior clients and the Head of Investment Banking, contributing to high-impact transactions and gaining exposure to complex financial structures. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and LBO models where applicable.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, industry research, and company due diligence.
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, investment teasers, and management presentations.
- Support transaction execution for M&A, private placements, and debt and equity capital raises.
- Analyze financial statements to assess business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating transaction processes, managing data rooms, and facilitating stakeholder communications.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors affecting deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Strong grounding in corporate finance, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level required).
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Consulting, or Audit (Deal Advisory).
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and transaction support.
- Exposure to M&A, capital markets, or structured finance is an advantage.
- Professional Certifications (Advantageous): CFA (Level I or above) or progress toward qualification, ACA / ACCA / CPA, Financial modeling or valuation certifications.
