We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant specializing in Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead customer consultancy engagements focused on the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Your responsibilities will involve direct customer interaction, guiding them from the initial presales stages through to successful delivery. You will articulate the comprehensive value of the Copilot ecosystem through engaging envisioning sessions and lead crucial business analysis discussions to identify and expand AI opportunities for clients.
A key aspect of this role is identifying valuable use cases for AI Agents within customer environments and implementing robust solutions that deliver measurable improvements. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer consultancy for Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, SharePoint Agents, Microsoft 365) customer engagements.
- Engage directly with customers from the presales stage through to delivery.
- Articulate the value of the whole Copilot ecosystem to customers through envisioning sessions.
- Lead business analysis conversations with customers to understand and expand their AI opportunity.
- Identify valuable use cases for AI Agents within a customer environment and implement solutions to deliver measurable improvements.
- Provide technical oversight for customer pre-sales engagements.
- Manage end-to-end delivery stages, including survey, design, build, and commissioning of MS Copilot services.
- Design and host presales and post-sale workshops with customer stakeholders.
- Create AI solutions for customers using Copilot Studio.
- Author documentation capturing customer requirements and consulting outputs.
- Work flexibly to meet project deadlines, which may include working outside standard hours.
- Support ongoing customer relationships, including assisting with support issue escalations.
- Provide technical support for clients, which may include out-of-hours work.
- Improve company collateral to provide better templates and methodologies.
- Contribute to the strategic direction for the company across the MS Copilot ecosystem.
- Contribute to company marketing through social media and blogs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Power Platform.
- Demonstrable experience of Business Process Automation, including integrations to third-party systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing and deploying custom AI agents.
- Strong experience working in a consulting or customer-facing delivery role.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem.
- Custom Application development experience.
- Experience of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Data science experience, including AI model performance validation.
- Background in MS Teams voice ecosystem, including Contact Centres.
- Engaging and relatable personality.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to map business challenges to Copilot-powered AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
