Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our team in Lagos Mainland.
This hybrid role involves 3 days onsite, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products.
You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. Your responsibilities will also include participating in regression, exploratory, and functional testing, and supporting basic test automation efforts. A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using standard QA processes
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Participate in regression, exploratory, and functional testing
- Support basic test automation efforts where applicable
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of software testing principles (manual testing required)
- Hands-on experience testing web and/or mobile applications
- Basic knowledge or exposure to test automation (preferably Playwright)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clear and structured bug reports
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Fintech experience is a plus
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman
