Job Description
Veritasi Homes and Properties Plc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join our project team in Ikoyi, Lagos. This role is integral to our success, ensuring the precise execution of all land-related aspects of our real estate developments.
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys, preparing accurate maps and reports, and verifying land boundaries. Your work will directly support our Architects, Site Engineers, and Project Managers, ensuring seamless integration of survey data into master plans and infrastructure designs. We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of geospatial data and a commitment to accuracy.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise boundary, topographic, control, and hydrographic surveys using high-end equipment.
- Prepare and certify detailed survey plans, maps, and technical reports in alignment with statutory requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to verify land boundaries, easements, and encroachments to mitigate legal and structural risks.
- Work closely with Architects, Site Engineers, and Project Managers to integrate survey data into master plans and infrastructure designs.
- Process raw field data and translate it into actionable digital formats (CAD/BIM) for the Project team.
- Manage and calibrate sophisticated surveying instruments to ensure continued accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Surveying and Geo-informatics or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and the use of modern GPS/GNSS surveying technology.
- Registration with SURCON (Surveyors Council of Nigeria) or being a member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) is highly preferred.
- Must reside in Lagos State.
