In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for all real estate transactions and corporate matters. Your expertise will be crucial in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance within property development and management operations.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Manage corporate legal affairs, including compliance and governance.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property development and management.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex legal issues.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar and a valid practicing license.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on real estate law.
- Proven experience in corporate legal matters.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Sound legal judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
