Job Description
TedAir Limited is expanding its operations and is seeking a qualified, experienced, and results-driven Company Lawyer specializing in Compliance & Corporate Affairs to join our growing team. This full-time position is based at the International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.
As the Company Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advisory services to company management and ensuring corporate compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
You will also manage corporate governance documentation and regulatory filings, and advise on risk management, legal exposure, and compliance strategies. We are looking for a professional with strong legal acumen and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.

- Provide legal advisory services to company management.

Qualifications
- LL.B and BL qualification.
- Called to the Nigerian Bar.

- Excellent drafting and advisory capabilities.
