Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and legally astute Legal Officer to join our thriving migration fintech company. This role is crucial for supporting individuals who are relocating internationally, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing client cases, including various visa types such as STV, O-1, EB-1, H-1B, and EB-2 NIW. You will be tasked with drafting essential legal documents, petitions, and agreements, alongside meticulously reviewing client documentation to guarantee adherence to all regulatory requirements.
