Key Responsibilities
- Support campaign planning, execution, installations, and takedowns
- Coordinate vendors, printers, and logistics to meet timelines
- Track job orders, deliveries, and installation schedules
- Maintain media site database and conduct periodic inspections
- Compile proof-of-performance (POP) reports and campaign updates
- Assist with permits, regulatory compliance, and documentation
- Design OOH creatives and basic marketing materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in advertising, operations, or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
