Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical sexual and reproductive health services, including contraceptive counselling and provision
- Deliver safe abortion care, post-abortion care, and follow-up services
- Conduct clinical consultations, assessments, and follow-up care
- Ensure high standards of client-centred healthcare and clinical quality
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Support quality improvement and clinical governance activities
- Collaborate with clinic staff, peers and supervisors to enhance service delivery
- Adhere to organisational clinical protocols, policies, and safety standards
- Provide health education and information to clients as appropriate
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid licence to practise in Nigeria
- Proven clinical experience in reproductive and sexual health services
- Knowledge of family planning, safe abortion care, and related procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to client-centred care and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
