Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage volunteer team members to achieve quarterly objectives with high standards.
- Oversee the Expert Office Hours program and other mentoring initiatives.
- Measure the success of Mentorship programs and report to the Leadership team.
- Continuously improve shared frameworks and program design.
- Foster a collaborative and productive environment for the mentorship team.
Qualifications
- Experience managing projects and/or people.
- 5+ years of experience in program design and implementation (e.g., Learning and Development, community management).
- A 'founder mindset' – proactive and willing to learn new skills to achieve goals.
- Dependability and a willingness to take ownership.
- Excellent individual and group communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with and lead people of diverse backgrounds and communication styles.
