Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Lagos and Abeokuta.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring sustainable portfolio performance. Your leadership will be key to achieving business and performance targets, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.
This position offers a competitive net monthly salary ranging from ₦250,000 to ₦300,000, along with transport allowance, performance-based incentives, a 13th-month salary, annual leave allowance, and HMO coverage.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Supervise and support branch teams to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze branch and regional performance, recommending improvement strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of loan products and marketing initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure strong loan portfolio quality and compliance.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to field officers and branch staff.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports for management review.
- Represent the organization professionally in external stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI) — MFI experience is essential.
- Proven success in sales, business strategy, and loan portfolio management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
