Job Description

Crystal Global is seeking a skilled Content & Resource Manager to support one of its clients in developing and executing a robust content strategy. This role is designed to enhance asset creation, monetization, and protection through compelling and high-value content.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, the company website, and brochures, with a focus on thought leadership. A key aspect of the role involves translating complex projects into persuasive investment narratives that resonate with target audiences. You will also manage the organization's digital presence, ensuring brand consistency and a cohesive online identity.

Collaboration with the sales team to produce conversion-driven content is essential. Furthermore, you will track content engagement, leads generated, and overall performance, using data to inform future content initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Asset Creation, Monetization, and Protection
  • Create high-value content (LinkedIn, website, brochures, thought leadership)

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration with focus on digital marketing or Certifications: Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Content Marketing, Meta Blueprint, NIESV/RICS.
  • 2-4 years of experience. However, 1-2 years will be considered if applicant have built a personal brand or managed content for a startup from zero.
  • Experience creating content that generates leads, not just likes.
  • Basic understanding of Nigerian real estate: title types, locations, buyer pain points.
  • Hands-on with tools like canvas/Figma, CapCut, WordPress, Mailchimp/Brevo, Google Analytics, CRM basics.
  • SEO and LinkedIn organic growth experience.
  • Video editing and basic motion graphics (desirable).
  • Experience with paid ads to amplify content (desirable).
  • Worked in a startup or company that scaled from zero (desirable).
