Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal company systems.
- Review data for any errors or inconsistencies and implement necessary corrections.
- Generate basic reports as required to support departmental needs.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and confirm data accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
