Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through strategic paid advertisements, compelling landing pages, optimized funnels, and comprehensive online campaigns.
  • Manage, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns across key lead-focused ad platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Diligently track, qualify, and provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance.

Qualifications

  • A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Possession of 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or dedicated lead generation roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute paid advertising campaigns and consistently deliver sales-ready leads.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Prior experience in real estate marketing will be considered a significant advantage.
