Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured engineering and operations training programs
  • Learn the operation and maintenance of production and packaging machines
  • Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical faults
  • Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
  • Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Prepare technical and operational reports
  • Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit preferred.
  • Not more than 30 years of age
  • 0–2 years post-graduation experience.
  • NYSC completed or currently serving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and shifts where required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for engineering and manufacturing operations
