Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive and professional reception experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, routing them appropriately to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Coordinate visitor access, including registration and badging, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared and ready for use.
  • Log and meticulously track administrative requests, following up diligently to ensure their timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for visitors, incoming and outgoing deliveries, calls, and all administrative requests.
  • Provide comprehensive support for general office operations, assist with internal events, and coordinate various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in customer service, front office operations, or administrative support, with a preference for experience within diverse and multicultural work environments.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic digital tools.
  • Possession of a professional demeanor coupled with a strong attention to detail.
