Job Description

Padding Technologies is seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our expanding team on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for renewal.

This hybrid role is ideal for individuals based in or able to commute to the Lekki axis (Ologolo, Lekki), Lagos. You will play a key role in supporting the management and growth of multiple brands and digital platforms across various industries.

We are looking for candidates with strong visual communication skills, a solid understanding of digital design principles, and experience in multimedia production. Familiarity with basic analytics is also beneficial.

Proficiency in Figma is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create compelling visual assets for social media and digital platforms.
Develop multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and potentially short videos.

Utilize basic analytics to inform design decisions and track performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role.

Expertise in Figma.
Solid understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
Experience in multimedia production.
Familiarity with basic analytics tools and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Must be based in or able to commute to the Lekki axis, Lagos.
