Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of the workplace.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and HSE activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on quality and safety performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in quality assurance or HSE, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Good analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional certification in HSE is an added advantage.
