Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – Legal (ML) to join our Command Centre team in Lagos.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) by overseeing day-to-day legal operations and providing comprehensive legal support across assigned countries. You will be instrumental in developing legal documentation, offering full legal support, and contributing to policy formation in line with our Safritecture Business Model.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, creative thinking, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring the company's legal interests are always protected.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) in managing day-to-day legal operations
- Provide full legal support and documentation for assigned countries
- Participate in monthly Command Centre Meetings and policy formation
- Co-anchor legal presentations in line with the Safritecture Business Model
- Ensure registration with the necessary legal governing bodies in Nigeria
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Ability to problem solve, use own judgement, think creatively and work calmly under pressure
- Registration with the necessary legal governing bodies in Nigeria is compulsory
- Proficiency in the English language is preferred
