Job Description
Beyond Credit Limited is excited to announce its expansion into Onitsha and is actively seeking experienced Loan Officers to join our growing team. This is a prime opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing accessible financial solutions and driving economic growth.
As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end loan process, from identifying potential clients and assessing their creditworthiness to disbursing loans and ensuring timely repayment. Your efforts will directly impact our portfolio growth and client success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, appraise, disburse, and manage loans in line with company policy.
- Grow and manage a healthy loan portfolio with minimal PAR (Portfolio at Risk).
- Conduct field visits for client monitoring, recoveries, and business verification.
- Maintain accurate loan records.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring repayment discipline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 1-2 years’ proven experience as a Loan Officer in a micro finance institute/Bank.
- Strong knowledge of credit processes, client mobilization, and loan recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Familiarity with the market context.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- High integrity, resilience, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
