Key Responsibilities

  • Mobilize and onboard clients for loans within your coverage area.
  • Form groups and networks to expand loan reach in the community.
  • Verify client homes and businesses to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assess loan applications, prepare proposals, and present for appraisal.
  • Participate in credit committee reviews where required.
  • Manage loan disbursements and post-disbursement monitoring.
  • Recover overdue loans while maintaining cordial client relationships.
  • Capture and record accurate client and guarantor information in the system.
  • Collect, post, and reconcile daily repayments and savings with the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in microfinance, lending, sales, or community engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess small businesses and determine repayment capacity.
  • Proven ability to meet targets in a structured environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
  • A strong sense of integrity and accountability.
