BetStack Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Field Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of its lottery operations throughout Lagos State.

This field-based position is ideally suited for energetic individuals who are passionate about field marketing, thrive on community engagement, and excel at building strong, lasting business networks.

Your key responsibilities will include the recruitment, onboarding, and effective management of lottery agents within designated territories. You will be tasked with conducting impactful market activations and engaging directly with communities to drive awareness and participation. Furthermore, you will monitor and support agent performance to foster business growth, build strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders in target locations, and actively identify new opportunities for market expansion and customer acquisition.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in field marketing, sales, or business development being a significant advantage. The ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and demonstrate a good understanding of Lagos markets and communities is essential.
