Job Description
Omniretail is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for Manufacturer Solutions to drive the efficient execution of initiatives designed for our manufacturing partners. This role is critical in ensuring that all projects deliver measurable results and are seamlessly coordinated across our diverse internal teams.
As the primary point of contact for your assigned projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle. This includes meticulous planning, effective execution, and continuous performance monitoring. You will collaborate closely with our operations, fintech, product, commercial, and business intelligence teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve their strategic operational and commercial objectives.
A key aspect of this role involves maintaining transparent communication with manufacturers. You will provide regular updates on project progress, share performance metrics, and articulate the business impact of our initiatives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of manufacturer projects, ensuring delivery against defined timelines, objectives, and success metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, providing regular updates on project progress, insights, and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Fintech, Commercial, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve operational challenges or bottlenecks.
- Track and analyze key project performance metrics such as revenue growth, retailer activation, platform adoption, and distribution expansion.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and ensure accurate reporting of project performance.
- Ensure projects follow structured execution processes including project planning, milestone tracking, and regular performance reviews.
- Lead internal weekly performance reviews and support monthly performance updates with manufacturers.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize operational execution and increase platform adoption.
- Ensure all projects deliver measurable commercial outcomes for both manufacturers and Omniretail.
