Job Description

Echolab Radiology and Laboratory Services is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join their team in Lagos.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, patient registration, and providing essential information.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient reception and ensure a positive first impression.
Handle patient registration and verification processes accurately.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
Provide information to patients regarding services and procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
Handle inquiries via phone and in-person professionally.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.

Qualifications

BSc. in Health Management, Basic Sciences, or any relevant course.
Experience in the Diagnostics Industry is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
Effective time management abilities.
Ability to connect with and manage diverse patient needs.
Consistently completes duties neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Must reside around Festac.
