Job Description

Our luxury spa in Lekki, Lagos, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in anaesthesia to join our esteemed medical aesthetics team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our lead aesthetician and medical director to deliver safe, high-quality treatments within a serene, client-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include administering and monitoring anaesthesia for minor cosmetic procedures, assisting with a range of aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox, and laser therapy, and conducting thorough pre-treatment client assessments.

You will also be responsible for monitoring clients during and post-procedure, maintaining sterile techniques, and keeping accurate medical records. Upholding strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and monitor anaesthesia for minor cosmetic procedures in compliance with spa and medical protocols
Assist with aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser therapy, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation procedures
Conduct pre-treatment client assessments and health screenings
Monitor clients during and post-procedure for safety and comfort
Maintain sterile technique and accurate medical records
Educate clients on aftercare and treatment expectations
Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse license with current certifications
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in anaesthesia, preferably in a clinic or spa setting
Demonstrated experience in medical aesthetics procedures
Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-centered approach
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a high-end spa environment
