Job Description

OGNISE is seeking a dedicated Community Solutions Advisor to join their dynamic team in Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.

In this crucial field-based role, you will be the primary representative responsible for identifying, engaging, and forging partnerships with a wide array of stakeholders, including residential estates, commercial districts, markets, and government entities.

Your focus will be on acting as a trusted consultant, understanding community challenges, and recommending practical service solutions. You will coordinate assessments and guide communities in enhancing their service delivery through the innovative OGNISE platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Environmental Management, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related disciplines.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B, institutional, government, real estate, facility management, environmental services, utilities, or solution sales.
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers is an advantage.
