Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Scrum Masters for permanent roles to lead our agile teams. This is an excellent opportunity to foster collaboration and drive project success.
We have openings for both Senior and Mid-Level Scrum Masters. Senior candidates require a minimum of 7 years of experience, while Mid-Level candidates need a minimum of 5 years. Salaries are negotiable and can be enhanced through client discussions.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Track and report on team progress and key agile metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (Mid-Level).
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master (Senior).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
