Job Description

Hadley Designs is seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to spearhead and optimize our product launch engine. This pivotal role is central to our rapid expansion, bridging cross-functional teams, systems, and leadership to ensure clear priorities, efficient decision-making, and seamless execution.

As a key execution partner to our Chief Creative Officer, you will collaborate closely with functional leads to guarantee that product launches are delivered on time, with exceptional quality, and in alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage project plans, dependencies, and timelines across teams to ensure efficient and on-schedule product launch execution.
  • Drive regular check-ins with teams to align efforts, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of project management tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, and Box.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on project status, potential risks, and next steps to maintain organizational alignment.
  • Serve as the trusted execution partner to leadership, ensuring work progresses without delays or miscommunications.
  • Lead cross-functional product launch initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Partner closely with the CCO and functional leads to ensure alignment on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
  • Streamline the launch process and coordinate all deliverables to meet expectations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance execution efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or program management, particularly in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including close interaction with executives.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in modern project management and documentation tools, with the ability to work within existing systems and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and drive projects forward in ambiguous situations.
  • Motivated by ownership and accountability, with a proven ability to drive team effectiveness and achieve results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, understanding how minor elements impact the overall picture.
