Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Refinery Representative to join our team and ensure the smooth and secure loading of petroleum products onto trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise truck loading operations, ensuring accurate volumes, product specifications, and seal integrity.
Ensure adherence to NMDPRA/DPR regulations, internal SOPs, and HSSE policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and submit daily/weekly operational reports.
Coordinate with refinery operations, transporters, and vessel operators for seamless execution.

Qualifications

OND, HND, or BSc in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in petroleum loading operations, depot/terminal operations, or petroleum logistics.
Knowledge of NMDPRA/DPR regulations, petroleum product specifications, and HSSE standards.
Hands-on experience with truck loading, vessel backloading, seals, and operational documentation.
