A reputable palm kernel cracking industry is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Plant Manager. This demanding role requires a battle-tested professional to take full ownership of daily plant operations and ensure stringent workforce discipline.
As the Senior Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of both daily paid and full-time staff. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives designed to maximize productivity across the plant. A critical aspect of your role will be to control food processing and storage operations, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will also be tasked with maximizing machine utilization and implementing permanent solutions for any operational faults.
