Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team, playing a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will ensure all procurement aligns with project specifications and budgetary requirements, contributing to the successful execution of construction and design projects.

Maintaining accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases is essential for efficient operations.

Ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services to project sites will be a key performance indicator.

  • 2–5 years relevant experience in procurement, construction, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation tools.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to details.
