Bayse Markets is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering key product initiatives for our prediction market exchange.
You will collaborate closely with senior product managers, design, engineering, growth, and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include defining requirements, coordinating execution, and ensuring the successful launch of high-quality features designed to enhance user trust, conversion rates, and customer retention.
This position is ideal for an individual early in their product management career who is highly organized, possesses a strong product-minded approach, and is eager to learn and grow rapidly. You will be expected to think critically, communicate effectively, and demonstrate high ownership over scoped projects and product execution.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support product execution by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring team alignment.
- Write and maintain product specifications, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and internal documentation.
- Collect user and stakeholder feedback to translate it into product insights and priorities.
- Assist with testing, bug triage, and launch readiness to ensure clean and reliable feature releases.
- Track key product metrics, monitor feature performance, and support analysis for iteration and prioritization.
- Collaborate with design on user flows and UI details, and with engineering to clarify requirements and unblock execution.
- Support research on competitors and industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Identify friction points in product workflows and propose improvements.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product, product ops, consulting, engineering, analytics, or a related role, or strong evidence of product ability through projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with metrics, funnels, and basic analysis.
- Strong product intuition and curiosity.
- High ownership and high agency.
- Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Notion, Linear, Figma) is a plus.
- Interest in prediction markets, trading, fintech, or marketplaces is a plus.
