Job Description
ITEX, a leading fintech company in Nigeria, is seeking an innovative Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for its cutting-edge payment solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and iteration. Your ability to translate complex business needs into user-friendly products will be crucial for ITEX's continued growth and success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Launch new products and features, and monitor their performance.
- Gather customer feedback and iterate on products to improve user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in fintech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with agile development processes is essential.
