Senior Project Engineer - Solar

ACO Nigeria is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer - Solar to lead critical aspects of solar energy projects, from installation to commissioning.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading installation and commissioning activities in strict accordance with approved schedules and engineering standards. You will prepare detailed execution plans and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), ensuring material readiness for all project phases.

Your leadership will extend to supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring their productivity, discipline, and adherence to approved drawings and technical standards. Maintaining stringent quality control and minimizing rework will be paramount to your success.

You will be responsible for submitting accurate project reports and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Enforcing site safety and operational best practices is a key requirement. Furthermore, you will act as the primary technical liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.
