Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Plantation Projects Lead to spearhead our plantation initiatives in Sagamu.

In this senior contract role, you will serve as the execution lead for projects focused on cocoa liquor, flour, and packaged goods. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will be instrumental in preparing bankable business cases for development finance engagement, driving the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and tracking plantation economics. Building operational workflows, SOPs, and staffing models for transition to live operations, as well as engaging with public sector stakeholders, are key aspects of this role.

  • Proven track record in transitioning projects into live operations
  • Strong grasp of plantation economics, value chains, and agro-industrial scaling
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management dashboards
  • Experience with cocoa, flour, or packaged goods value chains is a strong advantage
