Job Description
ITEX, a leading fintech innovator in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and deliver critical technology initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines, and achieving desired outcomes within an agile framework.
As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while also facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments for development teams. Your ability to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement will be key to project success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects from initiation to closure.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and obstacles for the development team.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management or scrum mastering, preferably in software development.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience in managing project lifecycles and delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
