We are seeking an experienced and diligent Estate Manager to oversee our property in Lekki Phase 2. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing all facets of estate operations, from maintenance and tenant satisfaction to financial oversight.
You will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, secure, and profitable, fostering positive relationships with residents and service providers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate.
- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant housing laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the estate's budget.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in estate or property management.
- Proven experience in managing residential properties.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
