We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in Lagos.
This role is critical for establishing and maintaining high standards of quality across our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality.
- Oversee the design and execution of test cases, including manual and automated testing.
- Manage performance, security, and usability testing.
- Implement and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and defect trends.
- Ensure data quality assurance within testing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSQE) are highly desirable.
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in test automation, performance testing, and QA methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
