Matrix Energy Group is seeking a dedicated QHSE Supervisor to join our team in Warri. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across our operations.
As a QHSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing QHSE policies, conducting regular inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a key part in fostering a robust safety culture and driving continuous improvement in our operational procedures.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of depot operations.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a strong safety culture among all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of QHSE activities and performance.
- Provide QHSE training and awareness programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in depot operations.
- HND, PGD, or BSC in Science or Engineering.
- HSE 1-3 certification.
- Professional qualification certification is an advantage.
- Membership in professional bodies (e.g., NSE, COREN, ISPON, PSIN, IOSH, SPE) is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of safety and operational processes in the downstream sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
