Job Description

Matna is actively seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough checks and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. Your vigilance will ensure that all production processes strictly adhere to established quality standards and specifications.

A key aspect of this role involves identifying quality deviations early and collaborating closely with production teams to implement timely corrections, thereby preventing potential issues from escalating.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
3-6 years of quality control experience within FMCG, food processing, agro-processing, or industrial manufacturing.
Practical experience with laboratory testing, quality inspection, and documentation in a factory environment.
