Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join the Federal Government Green Agricultural Standardisation Demonstrations Zone Project. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and cost-effectiveness of our construction endeavors.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing accurate cost estimates, comprehensive bills of quantities, and essential tender documents. You will meticulously monitor project costs, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, and evaluate contractor claims while preparing timely payment valuations. Furthermore, you will conduct in-depth cost analyses and generate detailed financial reports for the project. A significant part of your role will involve liaising effectively with project managers and contractors to implement robust cost control measures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Membership or registration with a recognized professional body in Nigeria is an advantage.
- Gender not restricted, age between 30-40 years.
