Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for property listings, site inspections, walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop engaging visual content tailored for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize videos that align with brand identity and sales objectives.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear.
• Utilize industry-standard software to edit videos, ensuring a professional and polished final product.
• Maintain an organized video content library and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging video trends, particularly within the real estate and digital marketing landscapes.
• Capture footage for company events, client engagements, and property launches as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a videographer.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• A strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera composition, and effective visual storytelling.
• The ability to work autonomously and consistently meet project deadlines.
• A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• A portfolio or sample works demonstrating your videography skills is required.
