Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for property listings, site inspections, walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns.
Develop engaging visual content tailored for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize videos that align with brand identity and sales objectives.
Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear.
Utilize industry-standard software to edit videos, ensuring a professional and polished final product.
Maintain an organized video content library and ensure timely project delivery.
Stay abreast of emerging video trends, particularly within the real estate and digital marketing landscapes.
Capture footage for company events, client engagements, and property launches as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a videographer.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
A strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera composition, and effective visual storytelling.
The ability to work autonomously and consistently meet project deadlines.
A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
A portfolio or sample works demonstrating your videography skills is required.
