Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and engage high-quality Dutch-speaking candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate negotiations, and offer management.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance role.
