Job Description

Procell Therapies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our expanding team. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our company's growth in the dynamic aesthetics and skincare industry.

In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job openings on various platforms and actively source candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire integration

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
