Are you a seasoned recruitment professional ready to make a significant impact? Pivotage is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent 360 service line. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting top talent to expertly guiding candidates through the interview and offer stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client accounts, including job brief development, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Craft compelling and accurate job postings that align with client specifications and Pivotage’s brand identity.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer and interpret talent assessments, behavioral interviews, and technical tests effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and valuable talent market insights.
  • Maintain precise records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure strict compliance with data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the verification team to conduct comprehensive reference checks, background verifications, and pre-employment processes.
  • Partner with HR Account Managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for successful candidates.
  • Track market and industry hiring trends, offering competitive intelligence to clients.
  • Continuously strive to improve recruitment processes, optimize turnaround times, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field.
  • Professional HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) are considered a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment roles across various industries.
  • Prior experience with client-facing recruitment delivery is preferred.
